Can users round up for savings and charity?

Yes! Users can split their round-up between savings and charitable giving in 10% increments. Splits could include 100% to savings, which does not enroll a user into impact splits.  It also includes a split of 100% to impact, which donates all round-ups to impact units or charity selection.
