Spiral will send a donation check in the mail to the mailing address that your organizations has registered with GuideStar. If this mailing address is not up to date, please update it promptly in GuideStar and reach out to let us know at [nonprofits@spiral.us](mailto:nonprofits@spiral.us) If you wish to receive donations via ACH, you may do so through the nonprofit partner portal. All nonprofit partners are invited to create portal accounts, so please first register at [www.spiral.us/nonprofits](http://www.spiral.us/nonprofits) and then follow the onboarding steps until you receive portal instructions.  - [About Spiral](https://info.spiral.us/about-spiral?hsLang=en#main-content) - [About Spiral](https://info.spiral.us/about-spiral?hsLang=en#about-spiral) - [Everyday Impact](https://info.spiral.us/everyday-impact?hsLang=en) - [Giving Center](https://info.spiral.us/giving-center?hsLang=en) - [Spiral Giving Network](https://info.spiral.us/spiral-giving-network?hsLang=en) [![](https://info.spiral.us/hs-fs/hubfs/Main%20Spiral%20Logo_rgb_magenta@3x.png?width=684&height=216&name=Main%20Spiral%20Logo_rgb_magenta@3x.png)](https://www.spiral.us/) [mailto:email@email.com](mailto:email@email.com) Copyright © 2026, Spiral
